Refund policy

At IZON Group, we take great care in the preparation and delivery of every order. Each digital collection and USB edition is professionally tested to ensure quality and accuracy.
Please review our refund terms before placing an order.


1. Digital Downloads

All digital download sales are final.
Once digital files have been delivered to your email or download link, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be issued.
This is standard practice for all digital content, as access constitutes full delivery of the product.

If you experience any technical issue (such as a broken link, missing files, or corrupted data), please contact us at contact@izon-group.com, and our team will promptly restore or re-send your files.


2. USB Collections

Refunds or replacements for USB editions are available only under these conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or unreadable.

  • The USB was not accessed or used.

  • The incorrect product was received.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@izon-group.com.

  • Provide order details and, where applicable, proof of damage or shipping error (photo or video).

  • The USB must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.


3. Verification of USB Access

In cases where a customer requests a refund while claiming the USB was never accessed, yet our records indicate otherwise, IZON Group reserves the right to conduct a data integrity and access verification check.
Each USB is uniquely prepared, logged, and verified prior to shipment. This procedure allows us to confirm whether files were opened, copied, or modified after delivery.

Refunds will only be approved once verification confirms that no data access occurred. This ensures fairness and protection for both the customer and our archive.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Digital downloads that have been delivered successfully.

  • USBs that have been accessed, altered, or show signs of use.

  • Requests made beyond 14 days of confirmed delivery.
